Telehealth Sample Workflows

This collection of sample telehealth workflows offers providers examples of how common aspects of telehealth care might be provided. Each outlines the steps for delivering a common component of family planning and sexual health care via telehealth — including helpful pre-visit steps such as helping patients with technology set-up, connecting to interpretation services, or collecting administrative information and medical history before the provider encounter.

PowerPoint versions of each workflow are provided for users who wish to customize them to their own setting.
